Using masks in V6.0 generate a failer with mob. Digitalscreen.exe. After this its shunts-down the virtual screen.

When man die masken brauchte in V6.0 das virtual digital screen arbeitet nicht meht uni verschwint.

Hello Henk, no problem for me with masks in Mobjects.
Is the digitalscreen.exe really removed from windows taskmanager after your failure?
Sometimes the screen is no more visible but its process is still running.
Be sure that you have never more than one digitalscreen.exe process running.

What happens if you restart the screen in Mobjects. Again a failure?
In this case I would recommend testing on another PC and a call to support.

Think I had to be more precieze. It only occurs using Windows XP. So once you set an object to be a mask the show stops running. the virtual screen is black and a message is visable mo-digitalscreen.exe did cause an error. The show runs smootly with Windows 7. It's tested with 3 different PC/laptops all with Windows XP. the strange thing is that it runs ok undr V5.0 with XP but not with V6.0 under XP

Oops: WinXP! Will be outphased in 2014 by Windows. By the way: I purchase and tested Win8 and dislike it, because a lot of settings are no longer possible.
Seems that proper software function between old and new versions of operating system is a challenge for all SW authors.
