Dear Henk,

this looks strange to me.
Are these icons not displayed on the screen during playback via the timeline?
What type of container is he trying to export to? AVI or WMV?
If AVI: Which video encoder did he choose for compression?

Best regards
Steffen Richter

I've never seen that before, Henk.
The user should call us once between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (+49 251 97 43 63 13) while sitting in front of the computer. I hope to then be able to identify the cause.

Kind regards,
Steffen

Hello, Henk,

is it possible that a video conference software (Zoom etc.) or a streaming software (OBS etc.) or a soundcard mixer or the like is running?
My first impression was a window overlay by this kind of software.

Best regards
Stephan
